Jobbio.se is a website administered by Global Career Group LLC., hereinafter referred to as "Jobbio".

These Terms, or any additional terms referred to in these Terms provided on the Sites referred to herein, are hereinafter referred to as "Terms". Theterms apply when using websites. The terms apply between Jobbio., and any user.

It is the user's responsibility to keep up to date with the terms applicable toJobbio.se at any time. The user agrees that Jobbio has the right to makechanges to the terms from time to time. Jobbio
will provideinformation on significant commercial changes.

Jobbio does not administer any jobs of their own. Our only task is tofacilitate contacts between persons seeking jobs and employers.

Jobbio wants to enable for job-seekers and employers to connect and easily getin touch with each other. The use of Jobbio.se is initially free of charge,however, theUsers may purchase additional services that provide severalbenefits.



2. Cookies

Jobbio.se uses cookies. A cookie is an information file that is placed on theuser's computer. Cookies cannot identify you as an individual, only the browserinstalled on the computer that you use throughout the visit.

3. Payment and withdrawal

Jobbio.se isan internet-based concept, and therefore, the only way for you toorder our services is through our website. All prices include VAT and anyadditional fees unless otherwise specified. When purchasing Jobbio.se itis possible for you to pay with, for example, Mastercard, Maestro, VISA, orElectron. When you enter your card information on our website, we use a paymentservice provider with encryption services. Jobbio.se only has accessto what type of card you use, as well as the four last numbers of your creditcard.

3.2
When subscribing to a service, the amount is automatically deducted from yourcard at the start of each payment period. You may cancel your subscription atany time, but not within the first 24 hours due to technical reasons. Acanceled subscription will no longer automatically be renewed, and the userwill not be charged for any further subscription periods, however, thesubscription will continue during the paid period. Already paid subscriptionperiods are non-refundable. You can, at any time, go to your settings to checkif your subscription is canceled correctly. At Jobbio.se, you can, for a fee,getaccess to contact employers by purchasing a Verification subscription. Thecost of the subscription is currently EUR 49 per month but may in certainperiods be cheaper or more expensive as a result of special offers and / orother subscription periods.

3.3 
You have the legal right to cancel any purchase within 14 days, startingimmediately after you have ordered service and received information about theright of withdrawal and terms of the agreement. However, you do not have theright to withdrawal if you agreed to the service to start. Jobbio.se's servicesenter into force as soon as payment is made. Thus, when you make the initialpayment, you agree that the service has begun and thus the right of withdrawalis expired



4. Personal information and privacypolicy

By using Jobbio.se you agree that your personalinformation will beprocessed following our 
privacy policy thatyou can read here.



5. Code of Conduct

5.1
Your membership on Jobbio.se and its associated login/password are strictlypersonal, and you are not allowed to sell, borrow, share, or otherwise discloseit to anyone other than the person with whom you are looking for a property.Furthermore,membership may not be used for competing, commercial purposes.

5.2 
Jobbio.se does not allow ads or emails that may be perceived as hostile oroffensive to individuals, groups, companies, etc. The same shall apply if thecontent may be considered offensive due to political, sexual, racial, orreligious claims if there are gender discriminatory undertones, or similar.



6. Limitation of liability

Jobbio.se takes no responsibility for contracting or contracts concludedbetween jobseekers and employers. It is the applicants' and the employer'sresponsibility to make their assessment of the counter party before signing thecontract.

6.2
Jobbio.se reserves the right for any factual errors in the advertisements.Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of their posted information. Jobbio.sedisclaims all responsibility for any agreements or other transactions concludedbetween users. As a User, you undertake to keep the portal harmless againstclaims for compensation from user-generated content or actions that violateourTerms or in violation of applicable law and violation of intellectualproperty rights.

Jobbio.se reserves the right, without prior notice, to edit or delete anycontent that does not comply with our guidelines, or, to decide at anindividual discretion on to block the user from using the services of Jobbio.se. Jobbio.se reservesthe right, without prior notice, to edit/delete advertisements that are notproperly filled in. Furthermore, we reserve the right, without prior notice, toterminate accounts if we suspect fraud or any other misuse of the service. Incase of a reasonable suspicion of misuse of Jobbio.se's services, Jobbio.sereserves the right to read the correspondence between the applicant and theemployer made through Jobbio.se's system.

6.4 
Jobbio.se does not guarantee that the services provided by the Portal areconstantly available. Malfunctions, maintenance, etc. may occur which affectaccessibility and function. Furthermore, Jobbio.se is not responsible for anydamage directly or indirectly caused by the use of our websites or its content.We reserve the right to make changes, correct errors, or close down parts ofthe site for maintenance or further development.



7. Intellectual property rights

By advertising on Jobbio.se, your ad will be searchable through Google or othersearch engines.

You agree that Jobbio.se may freely dispose of the content without yourentitlement to compensation. This disposal includes, among other things,editing the information or copying content such as images. Jobbio.se alsoreserves the right to make the user-generated content available on other sitesfor its purposes, such as marketing, even if the ad is removed.

Users may print specific pages from Jobbio.se's websites, for privatepurposes, but may not otherwise copy, duplicate, publish, upload, post ordistribute any content or information without prior written approval of Jobbio.se.
